Daniel Bryan Shaves Beard Off To Create Fake Beards For Men

Bryan leaving a South African Barber
For most of the haters, he is known as "Goatface". But that is no more.

After a live show in South Africa yesterday, Daniel Bryan stopped at a local barber and asked to have his beard chopped.

The barber, who was not aware that Bryan was a WWE superstar, quickly pulled out his shears and began cutting.  Within minutes, Bryan was left with a 5'o'clock shadow that looked quite handsome.

Bryan quickly gathered the freshly cut hair and put it into a freezer bag that he brought with him, paid the barber a rather large tip and quickly left.  He hopped into a South African taxi but not before a fan quickly got a shot of Bryan waving before ending the vehicle.

This morning, Bryan tweeted "It's gone".  The hashtag #nomoregoatface quickly trended on Twitter and the wrestling world began buzzing.

There have been many rumors of where the beard is, and what will be done with it.  Most people think it's going to end up in the WWE Hall of Fame that is currently being developed, but Bryan quickly squashed the rumors.

"My beard is going to be made into beards for men that can't grow them.  For years, I struggled to even get stubble and I feel this is a great way to give back to my fellow men who suffer the same pain I felt"

No word yet on what WWE will do with the "beard" merchandise or what prompted him to quickly get it cut off.  Rumors are that he may have removed it because of an up and coming wedding between him and Miss Bella.

I guess will have to wait for an episode of Total Divas to find out.
